Circle’s Paymasters are smart contracts that sponsor network fees for users of your SCA wallets on your behalf. Circle deploys these paymasters on every chain, so you don’t have to. If a transaction meets the policies you set up, Circle's off-chain service lets the paymaster sponsor that transaction.
