Wallets

Quickstart

  • Create a Developer Account and a API key in the Console.
  • Install the applicable Developer Services SDKs (optional).
  • Complete the Register your VASP workflow in the Travel Rule section of the Compliance Engine overview page on the Circle Console to enable testnet access. To request mainnet access, select mainnet on the top-left corner in your console, then click on Apply for Mainnet access workflow in the Travel Rule section.
  1. Configure Rules:

    • Check the Compliance Engine whitepaper (Part 3) for some helpful questions to consider when establishing your requirements.
    • Reach out to [email protected] to set up rules. Provide the list of counterparty VASPs and list of jurisdictions you want to prevent transfers with.
    • Once the Circle team configures the rules, use the Circle Console to navigate to the Compliance Engine > Settings section and view the configured rules.
  2. Integrate via API:

  1. Review Travel Rule info for Transactions:
    • In the Console > Transactions detail page, your Compliance team can review the travel rule applicability and travel rule PII that has been shared for this transaction. They can also see the wallet type, counterparty VASP and their jurisdiction.
